Can I have a name for this plant also does this grow every yea

It is a Salvia and yes most come back every year.  They are pretty hardy, but need sun and fairly well drained soil to do well.

It could be a variety called Salvia Amistad, but I am not totally certain.  If it is that particular one, that is a bit tender and would not survive the winter outside.  Generally the basic garden ones are not as showy, but still very pretty.  If a salvia is fancier looking, it usually means it is less hardy.

On GW last night Monty was planting out a huge Amistad that he'd over-wintered in a pot in his greenhouse  :)

You can get away with a lot if you can keep a tender plant out of the worst of the winter weather.  Salvias hate cold, wet soil, but in a pot with the compost kept on the dry side, they can often make it through in a greenhouse  :)
