I think the agreements are standard council issue as that is the same as on our plots. We basically used common sense during a committee meeting and all agreed that nothing permanent could be planted. Basically to make sure that if the plot changed hands, it could be started afresh by the next plot holder. Really this only applys to the planting of fruit trees, which can still be done, but planted into a large pot for instance rather than straight into the ground.
