Does anyone have a recipe they can recommend?  This is for Christmas prezzies and is next weekends job so want to collect all my ingredients during the week.

i use the delia one its very nice and keeps well i also make her Christmas chutney its made with dried ingredients has dates and stuff i am just now finishing the one i made last year needs to be done well before Christmas as it hs to matur a little .
