Do not use a parafin heater in a plastic greenhouse.  Prob because they flap everywhere and not windproof.

  im soooo soooooo excited i planted my seeds on the windowsill. well not on the windowsill exactly i mean in trays on the kitchen windowsill and guess what ...... i have the tomatoes coming up and the basil has just started to show too. the peppers havent even had a peek yet so maybe they wont bother but 2 out of 3 aint bad for a first attempt. i just have to make sure i look after them now and hope for some tomatoes off them later in the year.  thanks for all your help and comments.

The peppers may take longer to germinate dont give up on them yet.  Make sure you keep notas of what, where and when you migth not like then and not want to grow agin next year. You might love then and not remember what they were next year.
