Yeah im using the pellets too.
So is it ok to throw in ground and plant or should I leave for a while?
Can I also use around my sweetcorn?

I was thinking of adding chicken pellets to my watering can, and waiting till dissolved then giving plants a drink of the concoction.  Is there any benefit in this?

Sprinkle it around and fork in lightly, like it says on the tin.

I trun my chicken pelleted chicken manure in to a liquid feed by desolving a hand full (80-100g) per galon in water overnight... Give it a sture then water it on..., I get good results from it... espashaly when i put it on recentaly transplanted sweetcorn.

Because pelited chicken manure has all ready been composted etc it can be used directly as a top dressing, (fresh chicken manure would be way to strong for that)... I add a handful per sq meter.

I keep a couple of chickens which have free run of the garden so I need to scrape up poo from the patio etc. How should I treat this in order to use it safely as a fertilizer. If I put it on the compost heap will the goodness be gone by the time I use it in about 12 months or should I keep it in a separate area for fewer months then use it?

jaws, chicken poop is supposed to be great for getting things going in the compost department, I add their dropping to the compost bin I have in the garden and fill a container each week with poop, straw and paper, that I take down to the allotment, they sure do produce plenty   Just make sure your compost has all the other usual ingredients and I'm sure it'll be good stuff, well that's what I'm hoping
