Someone else just said that maybe the ducks have eaten it, but surley I would see some sign of it in the house, maybe a shell or something.

Magpies or crows can take eggs.

A neighbour currently has hens sitting but the number of eggs was going down - magpie!! She moved them into a barn and the magpie is still going in to take them!!

I thought you had had your ducks stolen as well - I am so glad that you haven't. ??? ??? ::) ::)
Experience is what you get when you didn't get what you wanted!!
