Help with ex bat and bantams

I rescued two ex bats a week ago and they are wonderful. One is really shy and has nearly all her feathers.  The other is a baldy and is fine around humans but will not take to my pekin bantams.  I have four bantams two fantails who they are fine with and then two pekin.  Every time Marge(baldy) sees the pekins through wire (keeping them in runs at the side of each other) she attacks them.  Tried mixing them on the garden but she marches straight across and pecks the pekins.  Worried she will hurt the bantams because she is so much bigger.  Should I leave them alone to establish a pecking order or is it better not to mix bantams and full size hens?
