[New shoot]

Reaaly hard frost last night.  Looks lovely in the garden with everything glittering, but is perishing.  Just got to our workshop and there is a dusting of fine powdery snow on the ground.

Now tucked up in office with hot coffee and heater on

It was really cold, early this morning, 1C and foggy, but there were no signs of a frost.
It's only managed to get up to 2C, so far and it is dead calm. Brrr

+1c at the moment, frost free and the sun is making an appearance, still feels shockingly cold though after the last couple of days and +7c in the house when I woke this morning.

It's a cold house MoS not helped by the fact it's all still a work in progress    so all the heat I put in soon disappears. My new best friend in my hot water bottle.

Just touching 0c this morning after another cold night. Heavy frost but clear blue skies and sunshine, it's  forecast +5c for later this afternoon.

edit : Spoke too soon, by midday the fog had set in and it's been dark, grey , damp and cold ever since.

We're around 6ºC night and day here, grey and dull, quite calm and a bit damp. Not too bad for the time of year!

Is it just me or does it feel colder this evening?  Mind you I've felt colder all day.  Otherwise it's been grey and dismal outside.  Frost first thing.  I thought it was supposed to warm up slightly as the week went on but yet again the weather forecast at the weekend was wrong.

I've just found out that I have to show a newbie his plot, in 20 mins time. He won't see it at its best, if he can see it much at all

It's been a grey, mist and drizzle day. The temperature's not bad - about +7ºC. Brightening up now and tomorrow is supposed to be fair and sunny.

Still chilly but dry.    The wind has dropped as well.
