I have Partridge Wyandottes bantams (very broody) and Welsummer bantams who are not laying yet.   Will have to wait and see how their personalities develop.  They are very friendly with each other which is the main thing.   ;)

Hiya
I notice your name is SussexChook so are you sussex based and able to go see John Pile at middle farm? He has a fair few ready to go at the mo (we get our feed supplies from him) and I have had to all but sit on my hands since some are so beautiful.....
Hth

If you get him some bantam sussex hens you can breed some lovely gold tops or clockers from them. They are worth a pretty penny round here.  ;)

I've got pekin bantams & polands.

I'm really impressed with the polands/polish. They are very friendly little birds.

If you put your general location in your profile people will be able to give you more advice on local breeders.   ;)
