Well this morning I went to the plot to do some watering and I was met with the most horrible thing I have seen in ages.

I have a huge fleece over my white sprouting broc and spring cabbage young plants and slap ban gin the middle of it was a huge rat that had been turned inside out and the smell was putrid. I noticed loads of fox foot prints all over my fleece (ripped to shreds it was) and blood everywhere. Looks like the fox had a dinner party all over my fleece. urrghh the smell.

so 2 spades were required to move the inside out rat.. urrgghh not what I expected at 6:30 am

just thought I would share my experience this morning :D

It's the pest control that needs controlling as well!
Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?

The fox and rat must have had a right old shindy to do that much damage. Consider it manna from heaven, something to get you through the future higher costs of protein
