I've used Bridgend garden centre a few times to order 1kg quantities of (Ambo) potatoes.

Potatoes cost £1.80/kg and P&P for 1kg is £2.85 using Royal Mail 2nd class. For larger quantities courier service become a cheaper alternative.

Worth considering if you can't get hold of loose varieties locally and only grow small quantities.
