Post by: lucywil on January 31, 2007, 14:02
i plan to make eldrflower cordial this year and none of our local chemists sell citric acid anymore, apparently drug dealers use it for cutting heroine so they are trying to make it harder to get hold of. anyone know where to get it other than ebay?

Can't you use lemon juice? Like the bottles you get at a supermarket or a JIF?
