Have just brought a Flymo DM rotavator from a very nice chap. Only problem is it dont work at moment :cry:

Need a manual if anyone can send me a copy so i can get the nec bits from my local briggs stockist

Hi,

I have a Flymo DM with a 3HP BS Engine.

seems to work a treat, maybe runs a little rich (from inspecting the spark plug and the exhaust exit!)

I have looked at the airfilter and it looks pretty grubby, does anyone knwo where I can get one from Online? or iss there a good method of cleaning this one?

you should be able to get one from an on-line company called "Briggs bits"
I've not used them myself, but others say they are reliable.
You will need to quote the model type and code numbers that you will find stamped onto the engine cowling.

Ah thats great, I have used them in the past (for a Lawn mower) and they were very helpful, I had just forgotten the name of the company!
