Soap scum/Lime scale on bath-tub
« on: November 23, 2017, 15:06 »
Has anyone found a non-labour intensive way of getting this off? So far the only way that works with me is just hard scrubbing with a plastic mesh pan-scrub and one of the proprietary cleaners. Takes for ever

Viakal always removes limescale here  :)

Not sure if you can use it on enamel baths though ..

I agree with MoS, Viakal makes short work of limescale etc in our house.  Brilliant stuff.

I have in the past used toilet cleaner! anyone that says it will remove limescale works. Just leave on for a while then all limescale comes off with very little effort.

I use whit vinegar in a spray bottle. Spray, leave for a couple of hours if you can and then it just wipes off! Cheap and environmentally friendly. Wilko sell vinegar in spray bottles now
