Hi, I've 4 ex batts and the top hen was standing on one of the other hens and pecking at the back of her head.  I've had them over 2 months so have seen the hen pecking etc but not the standing on eachother before, is it normal behaviour?!

Yes its normal, its just the dominant hen making sure the other hen knows who is boss.
