My tomotaoes have gone horrible and brown all on the bottom stalks, looks like blight, but the leaves are totally fine.  Is it blight and what should I do.

would If I could but cameras gone caput  Just found these pics on the wecome thread exactly the same as mine http://www.chat.allotment-garden.org/viewtopic.php?t=6611.   How blinking anooying this weather is, between slugs, rot and rust dont think I will have anything left at all :cry:

Is it in patches as on the photo or  from the bottom up?

It is as in the photo from the bottom working its way up, I think It is just far to wet for anything to survive here in wiltshire at the momment. Floods are everywhere and looks like it will get worse today.  Think I am going to move to the nice and sunny south of france (In my dreams)
