can this go on compost heap?

Bit different from the start of the thread so hope you don't mind me butting in......
What about the pumpkin? Made pumpkin soup with the inners, did the lantern thing last night so can the shell go on the compost??
Also what about pineapple tops/skin?

Yeah bung it all on, chop it up a bit first that'll quicken the rotting process.

Too much citrus fruit is supposed to be bad for the heap but I've never had too much problems if I chop it.
