Aphids on Cucumber Plants
« on: June 26, 2021, 14:32 »
Aphids are taking down my cucumber plants, one by one.  I have ant colonies in the bedding and I suspect that they are farming them.  I hate using pesticides.  What can I do to rid those aphids?  Am I stuck using pesticides?

I would try squirting them with water possibly with a little washing up liquid added.
Otherwise perhaps try to squash them. HH

Yeah blast them with water, then sweep remainder of them off with your fingers, then squirt with mix of water and a little washing up liquid. Worked on blackfly on broad beans ok for me.
