I am really  pleased with Suttons.

I was amazed at how many awards T and M got at the Edible Garden Show. 

I have never been impressed with them in the past and only got the tomatoes as it was a free offer.

Pffft! I got some Buzy-lizzies from them as a free offer several years ago. I should have known better. The saying "You don't get owt for nowt" sprung to mind.

I'd be looking nervously over my shoulder if I was their Marketing or Product Manager (or whatever they call whoever dreams up these ideas.)

Assuming these free offers are a convenient way of getting rid of surplus stock and gaining brownie points, it's a clear own goal if the plants are of such poor quality.

I totally agree!!!!!!

I have recently received plants from Hayloft Plants and Suttons. The packaging was great and the plants were excellent. And you can guess which companies I will be using again.
