Flowers usually they are ready, but today I dug some others from the poly tunnel  8 inch tall with no flowers and was pleasantly surprised quite a few nice spuds, i didn't think these ones were doing anything and I needed the space so  I dug them up very nice ;)

They don't always flower. Only 2 of my charlottes flowered last year. I grew duke of york, charlottes and desiree. Got ok crops from them all, not great as I think the manure I used was too fresh.
