Title: Start of powdery mildew?
Post by: Jaybees on June 20, 2021, 11:56
Might be nothing but seeing this on few of my mint leaves, just wondering if this is something to worry about and if this is the start of powdery mildew? Please advise

Many thanks in advance
Jay

Good question. Is it possible that those leaves were scorched before the weather changed back to heavy rain? Not sure if I’ve had mildew on my mint. HH

It could be possible as it’s been very sunny outside and I didn’t have enough room in shady part of the patio as other herbs took up space. That’s why I wasn’t sure what it is as only some leaves had those spots. So as usual I panicked and removed those leaves immediately. Hope it’s the weather change and nothing else.

Thanks
Jay

That looks too precise to be powdery mildew.  Have you checked for any bugs on the underside of the leaves?
