Title: Have people stopped harvesting asparagus yet?

My established asparagus bed was very slow to produce spears this year and was wondering when to stop cutting as I think the usual guidance is mid June? I’ve not had much off it yet, so I’d hope the roots have plenty of energy left.

Not yet but probably stop by the end of this week HH

Ours got off to a late start and are already showing signs of slowing down (slower production of new shoots and more twisted and tougher).
