Title: puffed up neck feathers

Hi all, went out to do the girls today, to find two of them were throwing there head to the side and shaking their necks, any ideas,  plus the feathers on their necks were puffed up, also they are both eating and drinking fine  HELP   ??? ??? ???

Have you checked them for lice around neck, ears and also checked coop for red mite?

yes  checked for red mite in coop and found nothing, also checked birds and they are also ok nothing found  ?????? any more ideas        they are also still laying  :wacko: :wacko: :wacko: :wacko: :wacko:
