Has anyone got a plan for a Vegetable store?

Do you mean to build a store, make an outdoor clamp or re-purpose part of your existing shed/garage?

I mean to build a store. I want to be able to store potatoes but I've run out of shed space. So ideas on insulation, ventilation etc would be useful.

Just had my copy of John & Val Harrison's book "How to store your home grown produce". I didn't know that it had been borrowed...  :(
There's a good little plan there for what we need to do.
