Chilli con carne made with diced beef as I couldn't find any mince in the freezer.

Looking like mac and cheese - I'll have to chuck some sweetcorn in and call it the veggie part. Im trying to use the freezer stuff up to defrost and restock it - Meals are going to be interesting for a while

Chicken with Cajun spice plus peas, green beans and a small boiled potato.

Something naughty tonight FRY up sausage bacon bake beans egg and i had a fried tomato, pineapple and yoghurt

Tinned tuna with sweetcorn in sweet chilli sauce and side salad.

Leftovers .... oh the excitement.

Put a small portion of minced beef, in the slow cooker with a tin of chopped tomatoes, some onions, carrots, garlic and herbs.
It may end up soupish or thick enough to go over pasta  we'll see!

 Been out for lunch today, so just having a bit of Mac Cheese with sliced tomato, rest of pineapple with something
