Hi all, hope your enjoying the hot and sunny weather. My chillis certainly are.
Can anyone tell me the best way of drying out my chilli seeds for next years planting, as i have some very rare and hot chillis i cant get hold of easily?? :) :)
thanks guys

Hi Mickey, I just wash the seeds and dry on kitchen towel then keep in little paper bags in a drawer. As long as they are dry they are usually fine.

I just bung 'em in a paper bag, bung that on a shelf and next year they come up fine. Cheers, :D Tony.

I only ask because my green bhut Jolokia had hardly any seeds and when i tried drying they seemed to dissapear to nothing >:(

You'll be hard pushed to get viable seed from unripe chillis.
