my runnerbeans have leaves at the bottom of the stems that are going yellow thay get watered day and evening and are flowering ok and are starting to produce beans

Are they too wet? Have they had a feed of anything at all?

If they are the first seed leaves they will die and fall off; and it is not a problem

fed once a week watered every day

I also wonder whether you are watering them too much. Twice a day seems excessive.

That's just washing the nutrients out of the soil that the feeding's put in!
