Deep Beds

Hi This is my first post.

Is anyone familiar with the Harris moon gardening book. I would like to start "moon gardening" soon on my allotment, but am not sure about the deep bed description/sizes as stated in his book. Anyone understand it enough to try to explain it to me?

I'm afraid I can't help - I did get a book on Moon Gardening from the library but was confuzzled by it!
