My pear tree is a year old should I take
The infected leaves of the tree to stop this
Infection as this is the only pear tree I

If you click on the link which Norfolkgrey provided, it tells you what to do to control them.

Quote

•Promptly remove and destroy infected pear leaves as soon as they are noticed, to reduce spore production
•Prune out any stem cankers on pears

So, yes, remove the affected leaves.
