The hens are getting friendlier, they all sleep on the same roost now, cuddled together, so we are getting there.  They are beginning to mix more during the daylight hours too, but if I put out extra green stuff the older hens chase the youngr ones away- I´ve even spread the food all about the garden, the older hens still think it is all for them!  We will get there one day I know

I´d like to say save Colin as I can hear him crowing as I type this, but I am sure the neighbour wants a recipe comp
