Pictures look brilliant peapod.  What a difference a few months makes.  We finally got down to our plot today and started clearing.  Feeling pleased with progress so far!  Slow but steady

What a difference!

You must of had some diligence to get so far as you have in one year, i bet you've had a good workout getting it that far. Indeed it is the 'green gym'. What have you taken from it so far this year?

Mike, Ive taken about 6 leaves of spinach! (and I didnt even eat 'em!)

Everything was planted so late that Ive got to be patient, but its killing me.
I made pasta with tomato and basil and feta cheese for tea tonight, and I NEEDED a huge crispy salad to go with it nicely, but nothings ready!

On the plus side, I still have the beds on the community garden, so Ive managed to get peas (naturally!) and one tiny beetroot so far this year (oooh the excitement!), also onions and baby carrots for the little one who stir fried them himself tonight!

Im so excited about it all Im wishing summer away, and that is NOT like me :-)
