we had stir fry last night , tonight we have fish and chips i brought some Lemon Sole gougons yesterday from marks  i'm going to try those for a change

I've got some cheapskate goujons - aka Bird Eye chunky fish fingers  with coleslaw, salad bits and a few small boiled potatoes

Found a slice of gammon reduced in the Co op this morning (makes a change from reduced chicken the last 2 weeks ) and picked up a bag of stir-fry veg to go with it

HM chilli and rice.  Ice cream if space for anything extra.

Lamb curry (reduced diced lamb  from the Co-op).  It's been in the slow cooker for a couple of hours now and the whole house smells.  Rice, naan and poppodums to go with.
