Yesterday was chicken green Thai curry, with beansprouts, mini corn and mangetout.
Today I had a gammon steak with runner beans and boiled potatoes. Icecream for pud 'cos I really fancied something sweet  :nowink:

Burritos (sp) really filling.  Some left for us to take to work tomorrow for lunch .  I'm trying to clear a drawer in our freezer so I can fill it with stuff for 'that time of year'.

I've had steak, kidney and onion in the slow cooker since about 10 this morning.  Will be turned into a pie this evening with puff p astry (not homemade because I'm too lazy  when I can buy it.  A pack lasts us about three    pies worth anyway).

Yesterday was a Jamie Oliver recipe for sweet leek carbonara which I thoroughly recommend.  It is one of those 'better than the sum of its parts' dishes that surprises you  :)

https://www.jamieoliver.com/recipes/pasta-recipes/sweet-leek-carbonara/

Today was prok steaks, hm wedges with plot spuds and plot veg.  On Friday we had chinese as well, but it was hm gyozo dumplings from my stash in the freezer, plus stir-fried chicken and veg and some rice.  Yum  :D

That sounds good. I love cheeses dishes.

You might like his lockdown recipes.
I think the one below would be improved with a little cheese.
