Beef casserole in the slow cooker, mashed swede to go with it - decided on that 'cos weather was grotty this morning. Now that it's nearly cooked the sun has come out - typical!

Chinese takeaway, first one for months.

For some unexplainable reason I had a brain fart of massive proportion and ordered a "special curry"
I have never had a "Chinese curry" before, I have never even considered it a viable option.
I am thinking that I may be a clone and the real rocket has been abducted by aliens.
It was "interesting"
I may need help.
Mrs rocket had a house special chop suey, it was very good. We always get free prawn crackers, bonus!  :D

First of two portions of pasta sauce from the freezer, with pasta, tuna and cheese.

The last batch from 2019 - all home-grown ingredients (tomatoes, garlic, shallots, courgettes and parsley.  :))

Hope I can restock the freezer in a similar fashion for next year.

Tuna and leek spaghetti with garlic bread.  Flavoured with lime zest and juice.  I did the washing up and Paul cooked  :nowink: too much creme fraiche. It was his choice and I ate it.

I had a Basa fillet with lemon/pepper coating, and stir fry veg - onion, red pepper, shredded cabbage and swede with Thai lemon spice seasoning.
