Last night we had Spicy chicken pieces with vegetable rice, plus banana yogurt choc sauce and nuts, and tonight were also having jacket potato with a  mixed  salad and a slice of ham, i forgot the coleslaw when i went shopping never mind, pud not sure

Last night was brown rice and veggie stuffed peppers and sausages done in the oven along side them.  Served with hm chutney

I've got a couple of red peppers to use up, but I'm not sure whether to stuff them or put them in a veggie bake with some beans and tomatoes

Ready, steady, cook brain teaser today.  Freebies from work yesterday (a.k.a. reduced stuff that didn't sell) - pack of mince, pack of 2 avocados and an iceberg lettuce.

The chickens got the lettuce and were happily pecking it around the run and demolishing it when I left this morning 

I have dried home-grown black beans soaking which I grew from saved seed, there are frozen chillies in the freezer and I have coriander growing in a pot.  Yup - chilli and guacamole it is and it has cost next to nothing  Rice on the side or maybe wraps

Half a pack of frozen prawns now defrosting, with some stir-fried veg and microwave pilau rice

Sea Bream Fillet a few chips and salad, kiwi strawberries a small scope of ice cream

Home cooked ham in a mustard sauce with green beans,roast potatoes cubes & steamed carrots

Tonight were having sweet and sour chicken dish with pila rice and a piece of baguette for after.

Lamb chops with a white currant & rosemary glaze,mashed potatoes,Mediterranean roasted veg,steamed carrots & gravy, hubby had vino colapso & I had fizzy water

Last night was chicken and mushroom stir-fry with noodles.

Tonight has been burgers and salad with lots of fresh lettuce from the plot.  We had mixed berry crumble for pud with ice-cream.  They were mixed plot berries, leftover after sorting them for freezing, but it was none the worse for that
