Yesterday Chicken and vegetable rice pud the remains of an Apple pie with ice cream.
Tonight Scotch egg and mixed salad, yogurt for pud  :)

Gigantes plaki (Greek baked beans) with Feta and salad with some of the sunflower seed bread that's rising now  :)
I might even have a glass of vino collapse as well  :D

As it is cooler, I am going to pop a small ham hock, chicken and leek pie in the oven and have it with green beans.  Mrs B

HM roasted vegetable lasagne.  More veg on the side.  A mix of baby turnips, asparagus spears and mangetout either from the plot or at home, blanched, then reheated in a bit of butter with chopped garlic scapes cooked in it (more plot produce)  :)

Stewed beef in a pie with new potatoes (not hg ???) peas,gr.beans,carrots ,b.beans for him. Egg custard for him, meringue,strawberries & squirty cream & caramel sauce for me

If it 'aint broke  :lol:  Sounds pretty nice to me.  Actually we have not had breaded fish in ages.  I feel a menu idea coming on  ;)

I'm going to make a steak and kidney pudding. We've been having BBQ a lot recently with loads of salad.
I've not made one before and need some veg so lashings of gravy and half a ton of spring greens! :lol:

Early morning visit to the fish man so it will be tge plaice I think, baked in the oven with either chips or lyonnaise potatoes & peas, possibly carrots & broccoli
