Tonight it's lemon/pepper Basa fillet and tomatoes cooked in the oven with steam-bag veg from the microwave. There's some Tzatziki to use up as well :)

spiced cauliflower

OK I'm interested.  The green text in the quote is for envy, so you know what is coming next  :tongue2:  Can I have a recipe please  :D

I have steak that was reduced at work and salad, but I was mulling over curry for tomorrow.

It started out as Jamie's recipe
 https://www.jamieoliver.com/recipes/vegetables-recipes/roasted-cauliflower-with-cumin-coriander-and-almonds/
Now, being lazy, I just toss the blanched and drained cauli in ready ground spices before frying it and the almonds in butter/oil for a few mins. Squeeze over some lemon juice and finish under the grill, rather than in the oven
