Oh that sounds nice  :)  I like bean burgers.  Way more than I like beef burgers tbh, but there you go   You may have inspired me for tonight  :)

Pork chipolatas were reduced at the Co op, this morning - so that's what I'm grilling for tea with tomatoes, plus green beans to go with them  :)

Well a veritable feast here as there was lots in the fridge to use up,
3 chicken breasts needed using up so they were roasted with stuffing & 3 sausages that needed using by tomorrow too. Leftover onion gravy, carrots, broccoli, peas & mash, bolognese, diet cola chicken & brown rice (did take that out of the freezer) fresh cooked pasta spirals, baked beans that were open. So the fridge is clear now lol. Time to shop again

The good lady was away in London last night and has had a stinker of a day after. Coupled with a looming deadline for me it's going to be a monster takeaway tonight!

Today I am following a newspaper recipe, Spiced Cauliflower with Chickpeas.    It is just roasted florets with garlic, cumin seeds and olive oil and caraway seeds, I haven't got any so I shall use star anisee.  Also I shall add some Ras el Hanout, just because I like it. ! Just roast for 30 mins then add rinsed tin of chickpeas, and cook for a further 10minutes.  It says to add pine nuts at this point, but I haven't got any, so I might add some unsalted cashews which I shall chop smaller.   Hope it will be ok   :D  Mrs B
