I am ashamed to say, but confession is good for the soul.   Here goes.    Fancied  crumpets. bought a pack, but was very good only had two, with very little spread of Olivio and Marmite.  Plus cheese.  Then it went from bad to worse.    one choc ice, one naked hot cross bun,  one small scone with a light spread of sugar free jam.
I shall be swearing at the scales in the morning.     Mrs B
We had a day like that on Friday because of it i put a pound on

one naked hot cross bun

I am shocked, you didn't toast it??

This lot are having smoked and minted lamb with redcurrant (yea I managed a yellow label deal). I usually loathe feeding the wild muchers that rampage around her the same meat too close together, but Eldest hates mint and they are eating with the Grandparents. Needless to say our own jar of redcurrant will be on the table. The difference between it and the shop stuff is shocking. You wouldn't know it was the same fruit.

Potatoes and peas or broad beans.

No, I don't like them toasted.   I take one from the freezer and de-frost in micro-wave for 10 seconds, stand for 1 minute.     Then I just eat it.  -  naked.  (the bun, not me !)

One naughty day doesn't spoil your weight forever, so no need to be cross with yourself, Mrs B.
It's only a bad if you do it every day ....
