The other half of the sausage tray bake, first half yesterday.   Cumberland sausages, 1 red 1 yellow pepper, red onion, small potato chunks, leek, garlic, celery, small tomatoes and a tin of mixed pulse beans and Ras al Hanout.   It is lovely cold as well.    Mrs B

A real hotch potch here tonight. Beef hotpot type thing for himself with dumplings. Beef meatballs with runner beans Italian mixed in with penne pasta & vegetables with pesto all mixed together & a good sprinkling of cheese all baked in the oven.

Chicken curry and rice.  I added some wilted mustard greens from the plot to the curry right at the end of cooking.  They are well established and the leaves are mature sized, so they added a bit of a zing  :)

Slow cooker roast beef (melt in the mouth good) and all the trimmings. Learned that asparagus isn't to be cooked in the slow cooker....
