Some more of yesterday's roast chicken with Greek lemon potatoes and salads. Some sunflower seed bread baking in the oven, so no doubt I'll eat some of that as well

Well we've now done all of the Co-op 'meal for two ' boxes.  Each of them we have brought we have divided up as to how much we know we will eat.  We have I will admit,  only brought 'reduced price'.  I think I've said before they would do a family of four with two small eaters.  We had tonight the Peri Peri Chicken one.  I don't know why they think we need chips and rice. We've frozen the chips and two  of the four pieces of chicken  we stir fried with some pak choi we had with the rice was enough.

Lotty risotti last night with onion, garlic, carrots, celeriac, peppers, black kale and dried toms. Topped with shredded radicchio. Non-lotty bits added were cheddar, feta, lemon juice and toasted cashews.
