Hello I have just had 2 phone calls this morning allegedly from amazon saying that theres an undelivered iPad on my account if I want a refund press 1 to speak to the billing department to give my bank details for refund jezza

They know that most people will have bought from Amazon and, as with all the classic scams, play on greed. Amazon probably never ring you - they just send loads of emails!

Hello I've just been chatting to a human being at Amazon (didn't know they still had them) about phone calls 6 times a day, the guy there denied that they sent put phone calls he said it's a scammer I rang the mobile number that contacted me,on my other phone I heard a phone ring it could have been coincidence, I said it's some one in your office the phones just stopped,he denied it was any one at amazon I asked how they got my number then as they were the only one with my contact details jezza
