Congratulations to you both!! Would you mind me asking where your incubators are, do you have barns or such or do you use a spare room at home, sorry to be nosey, just interested really oh and jealous :lol:

Hi mines in the living room to I like to see what is going on they will then be moved into a large rat/rabbit box with a lamp that works well as a brooder - will put pics on when they are moved tomorrow.
The other two are well on the way to being out nothing from the other three yet but there is still time.

and you need no close neighbours as usually with each hatching you get more cockerels than hens, and rehoming the boys is very difficult if not impossible (you only have to look on our swap section to see this), plus the fact you cant mate brother and sister so more unrelated hens would be needed). Either that or you need to be able to cull and eat the boys.

Still just the three dosn't look like the others are doing anything but I will give them a little longer you never know.
