I think the next one will be coconut milk with vodka, egg white, pineapple and crystalized ginger.  It will be dairy free, sugar free and guilt free

Sounds good but....... what no sugar at all?

It may be rather icy 'cos the sugar stops the mix going rock hard in the freezer.

Are you using honey? :)

I  liked the taste of the coconut and ginger, i'm not used to lots of sugar. I'll try the egg white and alcohol 1st then add some sugar in the next batch if its still icy.

Mrs Bee - I know it has been ages but I wanted to let you know that I have finally got around to making the chocolate sorbet and it is fab! A friend also made it at the weekend for her friend who has to go on a fat free diet until she has a gall stone op, they loved it and said that they didn't miss the Easter eggs at all. She has been mising chocolate more than anything. So thank you so much for sharing. :)

I am more than  pleased to  share recipes and I am glad they enjoyed it.

Did I mention that you can add a little alchohol to it, such as Tia Maria, or Amaretto, or brandy or rum. ;) ;)

Oh yes! You didn't forget that! I put Ameretto in mine. I actually don't like alcohol  ::), but I know it helps to keep the sorbet soft, so I added it. It is nice and doesn't taste too strong. It is a lovely recipe :)
