[JAP clifford User Bill]

Hello all
Looking for some help to dismantle the wheels of my Clifford Rotary Cultivator. The free wheeling aspect has me stumped (not difficult). I need to clean Maintain oil etc. A photo is attached

Googling was a place I first looked, You tube was my second. My operators manual doesn't go into details about the wheels.

I must have missed the vid/web page in how to dismantle the wheel thinggy.
