I have chicken pulling out there feathers what do they need

Welcome to the Hen House :)

There could be a couple of reasons why your hen has started feather plucking :)
If you could give a little bit more info then we'll hopefully be able to find a reason and stop it in it's tracks :)

Is it just the one doing it? Is she doing it to herself or to others?
Are your girls in a run or free ranging? If in a run what size ?
Have you given her a good looking over to make sure there are no creepy crawlies on her?
What do you feed them on?
