HI, i am just on my last day of worming my 4 hens who are on the same spot of land. As i can not move thier run around! The girls poo is a little watery and smelly and frothy they all seem well and alert. Is this to do with the worming powder they have had flub 1% and for 4 hens i have given them one and a bit scoops over the last seven days in thier food of pellets. Will they settle down? Have to go to work now will catch up later. Thanks all.

They probably will settle down give them a week and some live yohgurt each day.  If it doesn't settle then you'll know it is a different problem.
