WORMING an POO! Is it all normal?

HI, i am just on my last day of worming my 4 hens who are on the same spot of land. As i can not move thier run around! The girls poo is a little watery and smelly and frothy they all seem well and alert. Is this to do with the worming powder they have had flub 1% and for 4 hens i have given them one and a bit scoops over the last seven days in thier food of pellets. Will they settle down? Have to go to work now will catch up later. Thanks all. :)

They probably will settle down give them a week and some live yohgurt each day.  If it doesn't settle then you'll know it is a different problem.
