Muntjac, what you like at sexing quail, I'm sure you'll be able to help.

Our Quail are now 5 weeks old.

I have posted a picture or 2 of each quail on my blog.

It makes you sick doesn't it?

I believe the only animals they have to be licenced to sell are cats and dogs. So other animals go on suffering. I was in our local pet shop the other day (I only go in we are desperate) and they have a back room with the animals in, the room has large windows so gets hot in the summer and cold in the winter, any way she had a tank of gerbils and two of them were covered in blood, so I told her and she just said they had been fighting it was fine. She always has tanks of fish being treted for some ailment or another, and people board their rabboits and guinea pigs there when they are away so potentially you have alsorts of bugs coming in.
