Hello I've just read a piece on my phone that Tesco have had an internal technical glitch (probably pressed a button twice) in the last 2 weeks over charging customers l they're asking customers to check their bank statements,they are refunding over charge but not any occurring overdraft charges jezza

So some people have been charged twice by Tesco and it's hard to get a refund.
Shop at Asda? :lol:

Not happened to us and we've had two home deliveries in the last 2 weeks. Usually find Tesco Customer Services the best of the supermarket ones as well at sorting out any errors/problems.

I did read that about the overcharge. It was when you made an amendment to your order. I have just cancelled my first click/collect, I couldn't find the things I wanted. So now got a Sainsbury Home delivery
