WE GOT OUR FIRST EGG

Well two eggs actually.

First one yesterday morning - only small, about the size of a cream egg. And then when I went up to see my girlies when I got home from work today there was another one. Perfect shape and size.

I left it in the nest box for my youngest to find when she came home from school as her sister found yesterdays. Very excited 8 year old (and 43 year old).

Ahhh the first egg is so cool
I was so excited I took my first egg down the pub in some hay to show the lads ha ha ha they were not interested. they all must think I'm a right wierdo
especially as a couple of days later I took down egg number 2
I was just so proud

god knows what I'm gonna be like when my first child is born in 9 weeks
